Terms of Service
The customer has the option of choosing multiple methods of payment.
Ma Folie accepts these methods of payment:
- Credit cards
- Bank transactions
Transaction will be carried out after the seller confirms that the ordered merchandise is available. In the case of credit card payment, the customer fills out the form which reserves the assets and the transaction will be carried out after the seller confirms the order.
STATEMENT ON THE SAFETY OF CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
T-Com PayWay applies the latest standard in data security – Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit encryption and MD5 algorithm. ISO 8583 protocol ensures that the data exchange between T-Com system and authorization center of credit card company is in private network, which is protected from unauthorized access by double layer of firewall.
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
Seller delivers the merchandise using courier service, delivery deadline is 8 days upon receiving the notification of shipping. Customer has the right to refuse to take the delivery if there is any visible damage on it or if the package was opened.
Merchandise that the seller delivers is ensured from losses in delivery process. Customer is obliged to inform the seller if after 15 days there is no notification from the seller or the courier service. Only if informed, the seller is obliged to react so the goods could be found or a new one sent to the customer. Customer is obliged to pick up the shipment within the 5 days of receiving the notice from courier service or the shipment will be returned to the seller. If the customer wants the shipment back again they are obliged to pay the shipping fee again.
Shipping fee for Croatia is 35,00 HRK, for EU countries it is 20,00 EUR. Worldwide shipping is possible and it depends on the pricelist of courier service which is variable over time.
Return of goods
Per Article 72. of Croatian Consumer Protection Law the customer has a right to withdraw from purchase inside the 14-day period. The 14-day period begins from the day that the goods are delivered. The customer is obliged to inform the seller in a written form about the withdrawal. Withdrawal notice must be sent to the email address email@example.com.
In the case that the customer already has taken over the shipment and wanted to withdraw afterwards, the customer must return the goods at his own expense and inform the seller about it. The merchandise must be unused and without any damage. The customer must send a copy of original receipt with the merchandise to the next address:

The customer sends the package at their own expense.
The seller is obliged to return the money within 14 days of getting the returned merchandise.
MF Production d.o.o. is responsible for the quality of the product or any real manufacturing fault of purchased products on web shop www.mafolie.eu.
If the customer has any objections to purchased products, per Article 1, Paragraph 6 of Croatian Consumer Protection Law, customer can send a written complaint to the address

or via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Inside a written complaint customer is obliged to give contact information such as his full name, phone number or email address so the seller could contact the customer and react to the problem at hand.
MF Production d.o.o. is responsible for any material defects per the Croatian Obligations Law.
All customers have the right to replace the purchased merchandise. Merchandise replacement is possible within 14 days period starting with the day of receiving shipment.
Replacement process begins in a way that the customer contacts the seller via email (email@example.com) with a subject “Replacement: receipt number”, customer is obliged to explain why he wants to replace the product and in which manner for example:
“I want to replace product X which I ordered in size XL for the same one in size L”.
After the replacement request is approved the customer has 3 days to send the products to the seller. After receiving the goods, the seller inspects the product, if the product passes the inspection seller confirms the replacement. Depending on the replacement the customer will be refunded or will be requested to pay the difference of the new product. In the case of replacement for another product MF Production d.o.o. pays the shipment, otherwise the customer pays the shipment at their own expense.
